For Our Community:

The Henderson County Education Foundation (HCEF) is thrilled to announce the recipients of its scholarship awards for 2024.

This year, the HCEF awarded a total of $92,500 in scholarships to 42 graduating seniors from Henderson County Public Schools. These scholarships are made possible by the generosity of our community and donors who are committed to supporting the educational aspirations of our local students.

The scholarship recipients represent a diverse range of academic interests and future goals, including becoming the next generation of healthcare workers, architects, engineers, teachers, business owners, and more. HCEF, along with our generous scholarship sponsors, is honored to contribute financially to the education and success of these outstanding students.

“We are incredibly proud of this year’s scholarship recipients,” said Peggy Marshall, Executive Director of the HCEF Scholarship Committee. “They are all outstanding young individuals who have demonstrated academic excellence, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to making a difference in their communities.”

For Students:

The applications portal will reopen in December, 2024.
