The Henderson County Education Foundation proudly presents the HCPS Leadership Summit, where leadership practice meets district-wide impact. HCPS, home to multiple Leader in Me and Lighthouse Schools, will show how a district leadership model elevates student voice and ownership, strengthens adult collaboration and systems, and drives K–12 achievement across Leadership, Culture, and Academics. Ideal for school and district leaders, teachers, instructional coaches, and community partners committed to growing student and adult leaders.
