The Henderson County Education Foundation welcomes Todd Gothberg as a new member to its Board of Directors.

Todd brings 33 years of professional business and healthcare experience to the HCEF Board. He is the Director of Organizational Development for AdventHealth where he leads training efforts across the health system and drives employee engagement through coaching, team facilitation, and leadership mentoring. Todd is also a keynote speaker and a published author.

Todd holds a BA in Business Management from Gettysburg College and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Lebanon Valley College. He is a proud father to four daughters and is an avid tri-athlete.

For the past three years Todd has coordinated the Community Leadership Development Initiative, a partnership between AdventHealth and FranklinCovey (FranklinCovey is the creator of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People). The Initiative has raised over $25,000 through professional development opportunities in the community. All of the proceeds have benefited the Education Foundation and its Leader in Me Initiative, a youth leadership development program created by FranklinCovey.

“I am very excited to join an organization that I’ve already been working with and to also work for a cause that I am passionate about.”
