The David L. Jones Fund for Innovation was established to honor the career of retired Henderson County Public Schools Superintendent David L. Jones. This fund, started in April 2016, is aimed at supporting continuous improvement to maintain competitiveness, a central theme of Mr. Jones work. The Jones Fund for Innovation will provide support for original and innovative projects designed to enhance Henderson County’s public school system.

Grants will focus on the development and expansion of new teaching and learning methods as well as providing resources for experimental and unconventional projects that have the potential to create lasting, positive change and strengthen the school.
